The high street gaming and betting giant William Hill is one of the biggest brands in Britain, and Outsmart have been involved in a number of projects to service their 2300+ shop estate.
Sporting events such as Cheltenham Festival are the life-blood of the betting industry. Outsmart work with William Hill to enhance event experiences through promotional merchandise, internal communications, logo and brochure design , game branding and copy writing.
One job involved the production of promotional materials for an internal staff incentive to be communicated to all 15,000 plus retail staff. We not only developed the strategy, and designed the materials we organised the enormous print quantities associated with communicating with staff and customers alike.
