Graham Holt already owned one company that dealt with PPI claims but it was one small aspect of a business that dealt exclusively with professionals. When he decided to create a new brand that would deal with consumer PPI claims he came to Outsmart to develop it.

This gives Outsmart the privileged opportunity to launch a brand new company from the ground up. PPI claims is an incredibly crowded market and one with a bad reputation amongst many consumers creating a challenge for us creatively that we more than rose to. With TakingthePPI we have created an irreverent and unique voice that stands out from its competitors and talks to customers honestly, straight forwardly and effectively; cutting through the waffle of other claims companies to get to the heart of the matter.

Our comprehensive campaign is led by a TV advert starring former Coronation Street actor Kevin Kennedy (Curly Watts) that is witty, refreshing and memorable. These ads are backed up with a website, social media activity and printed materials to reinforce the impact of the TV ads.
