So much email that goes out is fluff, flam, bluff and bluster. It’s an annoyance, it doesn’t get read, is instantly deleted and from a marketing sense eBroadcasts can be a bit like having a pee in a dark suit. It’s a nice warm feeling, but nobody notices.
